The Vice President, Brand Strategy will spearhead the development and implementation of a cohesive brand strategy, aligning with the overarching mission and values of the organization and its affiliated hospitals. This involves defining the brand’s positioning and messaging for both internal and external stakeholders, while differentiating Hamilton Health Sciences Foundation in the market to enhance its reputation and presence.

This new position will report into the CEO, and is a member of the Senior Leadership Team. The Vice President, Brand Strategy will oversee the creation and maintenance of the brand identity, ensuring consistency across all communication channels and touchpoints, including responsibility for marketing materials and digital platforms. Collaboration with various teams within HHSF and HHS’s hospital network is crucial, as you lead efforts to align brand strategy with organizational goals and foster a donor-centric approach to enhance engagement and satisfaction.  Salary Range:  $140,000 – $160,000
