Senior Development Officer – IVEY BUSINESS SCHOOL

The Senior Development Officer will help grow overall fundraising through teamwork, creativity, problem-solving and leadership annual giving solicitations. The Senior Development Officer will help identify prospective major gift donors so that together, the Development team can more deeply engage, cultivate and solicit philanthropic support for the School. This position will also hold a portfolio of approximately 200 leadership giving donors and prospective donors from which this individual will cultivate and solicit support for the Ivey Business School with an annual major gift fundraising goal of $500,000 to 1.5 million. Salary Range:   $72,600-$90,800

Hiring Range

Based on the salary band for this role, candidates can expect to be offered a starting salary in the range of $72,600-$90,800. When determining salary, Ivey Business School considers the external market, candidate qualifications, as well as internal equity. Once in the role, successful candidates will have the opportunity to progress through the range and beyond the hiring range of the band, through annual increases.
