Manager, Development and Donor Relations – NIAGARA COLLEGE

Applications are invited for the position of Manager, Development and Donor Relations in the Development and Donor Stewardship Division, located at the Daniel J. Patterson Campus.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Development and Donor Stewardship, the successful candidate is responsible for coordinating donor engagement, recognition, and stewardship with current and prospective donors to Niagara College. In addition, this role is also responsible for leading the design and implementation of a Leadership Giving Program, with annual fundraising targets associated with this portfolio. This role will work collaboratively with members of the Advancement team (Communications, Development, Alumni, and Community Relations & Events) to effectively communicate the impact of giving to the college’s major gift donors, as well as develop and execute comprehensive stewardship plans to recognize and engage donors at every level. The incumbent will also oversee donor recognition, donor communications and reporting, donor events and experiences, and other stewardship activities.   Salary Range:  $85,529 to $106,911
