Major Gifts Officer – KEMP CARE NETWORK

The Major Gifts Officer role, reporting to Senior Director, Development is responsible for helping to attain the annual fundraising goals of the Kemp Care Network, with a particular focus on the personal solicitation program. Responsible for the acquisition, stewardship, cultivation and retention of major-level annual donors, the Major Gifts Officer acts as a relationship manager for supporters who give at the $10,000+ level. The Major Gifts Officer provides strategic input to the development program and provides personal communication with donors to offer ongoing stewardship and personally secure major-level gifts.  Salary Range:  $58,000 – $65,000
