Fundraising & Public Relations Director – RAY OF HOPE

The Fundraising and Public Relations Director will report to and be in partnership with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) as together they support and implement Ray of Hope’s Mission, Vision and Actions. This leader will be responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, implementation and execution of all fundraising and public relations initiatives for Ray of Hope, including donor engagement, stewardship, grants, events, marketing and social media. They will be a member of the Senior Management Team at Ray of Hope.

YOUTH SUPPORT SERVICES

Ray of Hope Youth Support Services (YSS) helps young people and their families find healthy, long-term coping solutions that empowers them to build wholistic futures. Over time, any coping activity (i.e. substance use, screen time, social media, etc.) can become problematic depending how it influences your brain’s chemistry. YSS is here to help those seeking to heal, improve and recover from the negative impact of problematic, addictive behaviours.

EMPLOYMENT SERVICES

The Employment Services Program provides the education, counselling, practical life skills and on-the-job training necessary to be resilient in the workplace.

YOUTH JUSTICE SERVICES

Our Secure Custody facility offers a safe place for young people who have committed serious crimes to complete their court-appointed sentences.
