The Fundraising Analyst is responsible for coordinating and analyzing fundraising activities on digital platforms to realize new opportunities to lift overall giving, and provide best in class donor experience.
If you are:
- a team player with a proven ability to take the initiative and carry tasks to completion
- detail oriented
- highly motivated to achieve results
- experienced with managing donor direct fundraising programs, both digital and postal
- knowledgeable about digital fundraising platforms
- able to analyze online giving mediums and provide recommendations for opportunities, enhancements and changes to the organizational engagement plans
- keen to work with internal stakeholders and external vendors to improve donor direct fundraising, both digital and postal
- able to effectively manage constituent stakeholder relationships including influencing, negotiating and managing issues to resolution
- looking to support United Way’s mission to improve lives, build community and ignite action
Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of fundraising experience
- Experience with project management
- Demonstrated time management skills and ability to balance multiple priorities and projects while adhering to deadlines
- Able to analyze appropriate information for problem solving and decision making
- Excellent attention to detail, ability to work with numbers and proven track record of accuracy
- Strong teamwork, interpersonal and stakeholder service skills including the ability to work respectfully and inclusively with a diverse employee population and multiple stakeholders
- Skilled at effectively managing stakeholder relationships, both internal and external, fostering a positive and collaborative environment
- Proven ability to influence, negotiate and manage issues to resolution
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative to carry projects to completion with minimum supervision
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating active listening with appropriate follow-up and follow-through, considering appropriate method, timing, and venue for delivering messages
- Proficiency in working with Microsoft Word and Excel and updating a database
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
