Reporting to the Executive Director, the Development Manager is responsible for furthering the mission of the Foundation by leading a proactive and varied portfolio of fund development programs, including major gifts, a signature event, corporate sponsorship, third-party fundraising, and sustaining positive relationships with our donors. Other responsibilities include communications, evaluation of fundraising programs and strategic planning.

The Development Manager is a key ambassador for the Foundation and maintains ongoing contact with corporations, foundations and community groups. The position is supported by a Development Coordinator and a dedicated team of staff and volunteers. This job is ideal for someone with three to five years of professional fundraising experience.

Salary Range:  $63,000 – $72,000
