Women in Fundraising: Women’s Impact Initiative

Women are a driving force in the fundraising profession, yet they still face many challenges. Gender inequities, sexual harassment, implicit bias and less pay than male counterparts are just some of the obstacles that women contend with as they build and grow their careers.
AFP Global’s Women’s Impact Initiative has been created to tackle these systemic issues and support women and their allies as they “stand up, speak out and take action…to create a profession that is equitable, inclusive, diverse and effective.” (AFP Global)
