This 20 hours per week role will include working closely with the Executive Director and Board to identify donors and help build engagement strategies, including the completion of prospective donor research. This role will also assist in coordinating donor meetings, annual appeal mailings and reports.  The creation of donor communication materials including newsletters, gratitude reports and annual appeals as well as tracking development plans and results and assisting with other fundraising duties. Donation processing, receipting, tracking and ensuring database is being updated regularly is an important role for fundraising success.

This position works out of our main offices which are on the ground floor of a building that houses individuals with histories of homelessness/mental health and addictions challenges and requires someone who is prepared to work in a shared space with that population.
