Changing Outcomes by Changing DX!
Donor Experience (DX) is much more than being 'donor centered' and creating a values statement. It takes planning, investment and action to really make it work.
Join Kimberley Blease and Michelle Chambers as they discuss why DX is essential to your organization, what you can do to improve the donor experience for your own donors and how to measure success.
Kimberley and Michelle will present examples from both the corporate world and not-for-profit organizations that really demonstrate a commitment to amazing experiences, and show you what it can do for your organization. See how small and large NPF's execute and implement real donor centered DX programs that make a difference to their success long-term.
